Once an SMM order is submitted, it enters our automated processing queue. If an order cannot be completed due to invalid link, private profile, or server interruption, the remaining unfulfilled balance is instantly refunded back to your CMStore wallet.
Funds deposited into your SMM wallet are intended for purchasing SMM services. Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users. Unused wallet balances can be withdrawn upon verification request.
Do not change your username or set your profile to private while an order is active. Orders marked completed during private status cannot be refunded.
